Please read carefully our rental terms policy. In case of doubt, please contact us and we will get in touch with you ASAP.

Drivers’ Age: Driving customers must be at least 25 years old and hold a full driver’s license for at least 2 years.

What’s included in the Price: All taxes, unlimited mileage, pick up/drop off, additional driver, road assistance and third party liability insurance.

Rental Period: Minimum rental period is 2 days. 10% discount kicks in after the 3rd day.

License: Drivers interested in renting a car in Santorini must have a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years. Customers whose driver’s licenses  are written in non-Roman alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Cyrillic, Chinese etc) must also have an international driver’s license.

Payment: Customers may pay by either credit card or cash. In credit card’s case, full information is required for safety purposes, but no deposit will be held.

Vehicle Collection: When collecting the vehicle, the customer will be given a Rental Agreement which must be filled and signed in order to be handed the car’s keys. The Rental Agreement will list all services and insurance coverage provided, as well as any extra services/insurances that the customer might request along with their relevant charges.

It is very important that the customer checks and takes pictures and/or video at the moment of the pick up, as there might be damages on the vehicle caused by a previous customer.

Insurance: All our vehicles have third party liability insurance.

Extra Insurance CDW (Collision Damage Waiver)

STANDARD

  • CATEGORY A/B/C/D €10 per day with €900 excess: Collision Damage Waiver is an optional service which, if accepted, reduces your financial liability for any damage inflicted to the vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The waiver carries an excess of €900 in case of an accident. The excess excludes glass (windows etc), tires, and towing. Customers who don’t drive in accordance with the Highway Code, won’t be eligible to be covered by insurance.
  • CONVERTIBLE/LUXURY €15 per day with 1.100€ excess: Collision Damage Waiver is an optional service which, if accepted, reduces your financial liability for any damage inflicted to the vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The waiver carries an excess of €1.100 in case of an accident. The excess excludes glass (windows etc), tires, and towing. Customers who don’t drive in accordance with the Highway Code, won’t be eligible to be covered by insurance.

PREMIUM

  • CATEGORY A/B/C/D  €20 per day with €400 excess: Collision Damage Waiver is an optional service which, if accepted, reduces your financial liability for any damage inflicted to the vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The waiver carries an excess of €400 in case of an accident. The excess excludes glass (windows etc), tires, and towing. Customers who don’t drive in accordance with the Highway Code, won’t be eligible to be covered by insurance.
  • CONVERTIBLE/LUXURY €25 per day with 600€ excess: Collision Damage Waiver is an optional service which, if accepted, reduces your financial liability for any damage inflicted to the vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The waiver carries an excess of €600 in case of an accident. The excess excludes glass (windows etc), tires, and towing. Customers who don’t drive in accordance with the Highway Code, won’t be eligible to be covered by insurance.

General Terms

  • Fuel Policy: Paid by the customer, who shall return the car at the same fuel levels.
  • Flexible Cancellation: Cancellations are free and can be made by e-mail or by calling our support team.
  • Ferrying the car: A written authorization from our office in advance is required by any customer willing to ferry the car to another island.
  • Status Policy: In case the customer returns the vehicle and its cabin has stains which require a special cleaning procedure he will have to pay the damages.
  • Rental extension: In case the customer wants to keep the vehicle longer than the initially hired period, he/she will have to contact us in order to extend his/her Rental Agreement, always depending on the current availability and other variables.
  • Parking fines/traffic offenses: All tickets resulting from any violation of the Greek Traffic Law during the rental period are at the customer’s responsibility.Additional Info
