1) Make sure everyone is ok

4) Exchange details and record what’s happened (Take Photos)
With everyone safe and the emergency services on their way, the next thing to do is exchange contact details and insurance information with any other parties involved, also try to take pictures of the damage incurred.
5) Contact your own insurance company
If you have Travel insurance then contact your own company and inform them of the incident with your car Rental in Santorini.
